Felix Gaulke is responsible for strategic planning, investment decisions, and overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations, financing activities, and investor relations. He has over 6+ years of direct Multi-Family investment experience and 10+ years of knowledge in Real Estate globally.
Felix began his Multi-Family Real Estate career at Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group company. As an associate of Berkadia’s Texas Multi-Family Investment Sales Team, Felix was responsible for the financial underwriting and disposition of Multi-Family assets with a focus on the private capital space.
During his career, Felix has participated in excess of $3.2 billion in Multi-Family Real Estate sales and underwrote a total of $31 billion in multi-family assets. Felix graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a BBA in finance and holds his Real Estate sales license with the Texas Real Estate Commission.
