As the FOM, for Villa Construction, LLC, Isy manages project field related activities for day to day activities on all project sites. Isy’s key responsibilities include material management, quality control, direct hire and subcontractor supervision, and field reporting duties.

Isy is a craftsman with 20+ years of experience in carpentry, painting, electrical work, remolding and general construction for residential and light commercial projects. Isy is familiar with the GFG team and has worked along side them with their partner construction arm, Villa Construction, LLC for 10+ years.

Isy has worked across the Greater Houston area and Texas Gulf Coast Region expanding his knowledge to help deliver quality projects safely, on time, and within budget for many years.
