Gernot Gaulke has over 45 years of experience in commercial and institutional Real Estate development, acquisitions, financing and asset management.
As the former Jones Lang Wotton (now JLL) CEO for Germany and subsequent European Partner, Gernot has an extensive track record in successful project management and joint ventures with international investors. In 1999 Gernot formed a joint venture with “The Europa Fund”, during which he invested over $1 billion for pension funds and UAE investors.
Gernot’s most recent activities include
developing retail centers, apartment complexes and residential homes in the Texas market, in addition to advising Gaulke Capital on Multi-Family acquisitions.
